U as Undens Klinger


Udens Kinger recipe by our embassador Brii:

Ingredients:
  • 250 ml of warm water 
  • 550 gr. of flour 0 
  • half a packet of dry yeast of beer 
  • a pinch of salt 
  • an egg for brushing 
  • cumin
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients. The dough should be firm. Take pieces of dough and bigoli do that then with a flick of the wrist turn into pretzel-like. Let rise on greased baking sheet with oil for an hour. Boil water and salt in a large pot and then cook a few at a time, carefully tending sticking to the bottom. When they come to the surface remove them and put them to dry on the baking sheet. Brush with egg and sprinkle with cumin. Cook for about 20 minutes in the oven at 200 ° C until they are lightly browned.
